We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our construction team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality standards, providing vital financial control throughout the construction lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient in cost estimation, and excels at contract administration. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to drive efficiency and optimize material usage. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the initial budget.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers and evaluating subcontractor tenders.
- Review and certify progress claims, invoices, and payment applications from contractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and verify work quality and quantity.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and resolving contractual disputes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and cost projections for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
