Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of construction economics? We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Maluku Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the financial management of our projects, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that all work is executed according to the planned specifications and technical standards.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will serve as the bridge between the engineering team and the financial stakeholders, providing accurate data to support critical decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and verify work quantities to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare and manage detailed Project Estimates (RAB) and cost proposals.
- Monitor project expenditures and control costs to ensure they stay within the allocated budget.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with technical plans and engineering specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work progress and quality compliance.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor quotations and invoices.
- Prepare and submit regular financial progress reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in preparing RAB, BOQ, and financial reports.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
