Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze and manage project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenditures
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve contractual issues, and validate cost reports
- Manage variations, claims, and final account settlements in compliance with contractual obligations
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts to track project financial health
- Advise on procurement strategies and value engineering opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related construction field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and Indonesian building regulations
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, AKSI) preferred
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication skills
