Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction management? Samarinda Central Plaza is currently seeking a highly skilled In-House Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial oversight, ensuring that our ambitious mall revitalization project remains on budget, adheres to strict quality standards, and progresses according to schedule.
As an In-House QS, you will bridge the gap between architectural vision and financial reality. You will be responsible for meticulous cost control, accurate quantity take-offs, and robust contract administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate project cost estimates and budgets for the mall revitalization.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Manage the procurement process, including the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work-in-progress for monthly progress claims.
- Review and certify contractor payments, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and work completed.
- Identify potential cost variations and negotiate favorable outcomes to protect the company's financial interests.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly cost reports and financial forecasts for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, preferably in commercial or retail construction.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and contractor relationships professionally.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
