In this role, you will play a critical part in the financial success and operational efficiency of our construction projects.
As our Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring that our interior architectural projects are delivered within budget without compromising on quality. You will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project lifecycles. We are looking for someone who excels at numerical analysis, contract administration, and site coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and budget plans for interior architecture projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities of work completed.
- Manage sub-contractor quotations and assist in the tender and procurement process.
- Prepare progress claims, monthly reports, and final account settlements.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, designers, and site personnel regarding project financial status.
- Identify potential cost variations and propose proactive solutions to keep the project within budget.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and legal requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Estimator role, preferably in interior/fit-out construction.
- Proficient in MS Excel and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD proficiency is a plus).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and building materials.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Strong integrity and attention to detail.
