As our Quantity Surveyor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of project costs, from initial budget forecasting and procurement strategies to final account settlements. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to mitigate risks and drive the financial success of our high-profile real estate projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire quantity surveying process, ensuring all project costs remain within the approved budget.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and price analysis for various construction tenders.
- Manage and supervise the preparation of monthly progress claims, variations, and final accounts for contractors.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to contractual terms and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source cost-effective materials and subcontractors without compromising on quality.
- Provide detailed financial reports and budget projections to senior management on a regular basis.
- Handle contractual correspondence and mitigate potential claims or disputes through proactive contract administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Strong command of project management software and advanced Excel skills for data modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction standards, building regulations, and contract forms (FIDIC or equivalent).
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior quantity surveyors and site personnel.
