- Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for wood manufacturing and cabinet production projects
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and implement cost-control measures
- Conduct value engineering analysis to optimize material usage and production efficiency
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for wood materials and services
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids for procurement activities
- Analyze project variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain profitability

Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within wood manufacturing or cabinet industry
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement procedures
- Excellent negotiation skills and vendor management capabilities
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., RICS) preferred
