This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of extraction processes, the maintenance of heavy machinery, and the strict adherence to all on-site safety protocols. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of managing daily operations, coordinating production targets, and maintaining a high standard of workplace safety.
As a Quarry Supervisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for field activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily quarry extraction and processing operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Coordinate the deployment and maintenance schedules of heavy machinery and mobile equipment.
- Enforce strict compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Monitor site workflow and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Manage and lead on-site field staff, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate production records, site logs, and equipment maintenance reports.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding resource requirements and site-specific operational challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Crucial: Proven professional experience in a quarry, mining, or heavy machinery site environment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret site plans and manage daily output requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse field teams effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and incident prevention.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Physical capability to navigate site environments regularly.
