In this role, you will be responsible for the expert manipulation of glass tubes to create high-quality quartz components, utilizing traditional blowpipe techniques to meet strict technical specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain blowpipe equipment for the shaping and fabrication of quartz glass.
- Follow technical blueprints and schematics to produce precision-engineered quartz parts.
- Monitor temperature and airflow to ensure consistent material quality and structural integrity.
- Inspect finished products for defects, cracks, or deviations from specified dimensions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all laboratory and factory safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Document production logs and report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance lead.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Glass Blower, Quartz Fabricator, or in a similar precision manufacturing role.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for handling delicate materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurement specifications accurately.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety, specifically regarding high-heat equipment and hazardous materials.
- High school diploma or vocational training in manufacturing or industrial arts.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, fast-paced production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control standards.
