Foodpanda is looking for a Quick Commerce (QComm) Marketplace Experience Lead to join our high-growth team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect behind the seamless intersection of vendor operations and end-user satisfaction.

You will lead initiatives that redefine how our customers interact with our QComm ecosystem. By leveraging data-driven insights and deep market knowledge, you will optimize the end-to-end purchasing journey—from vendor selection and availability to last-mile delivery experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for QComm marketplace customer and vendor experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to identify and remove friction points in the purchasing funnel.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and vendor quality.
  • Implement localized strategies to improve average order value (AOV) and order frequency.
  • Partner with vendor management teams to ensure operational excellence and high-service standards at the storefront level.
  • Conduct deep-dive research into competitor landscapes and market trends to maintain Foodpanda's competitive edge.
  • Manage the feedback loop from customers to internal product teams to drive feature development and platform enhancements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, food tech, or quick commerce marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of managing customer-facing operations or vendor experience programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and consumer delivery behaviors.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly scaling operational environment.
