Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the strategic vision for QComm marketplace customer and vendor experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to identify and remove friction points in the purchasing funnel.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and vendor quality.
- Implement localized strategies to improve average order value (AOV) and order frequency.
- Partner with vendor management teams to ensure operational excellence and high-service standards at the storefront level.
- Conduct deep-dive research into competitor landscapes and market trends to maintain Foodpanda's competitive edge.
- Manage the feedback loop from customers to internal product teams to drive feature development and platform enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, food tech, or quick commerce marketplaces.
- Proven track record of managing customer-facing operations or vendor experience programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and consumer delivery behaviors.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly scaling operational environment.
