Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with menu recommendations, taking orders with accuracy and a welcoming attitude.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Banh Mi Kitchen's strict quality and recipe standards.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card and mobile payments efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining and work environment at all times.
- Monitor and replenish inventory, ensuring all stations are adequately stocked.
- Perform opening, closing, and shift change duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive work culture and exceed customer expectations.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform various store duties.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Iloilo City.
