As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for crafting accurate and competitive travel quotations that exceed client expectations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in Bali's thriving tourism sector.
You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, research current market rates for accommodations, tours, and transportation, and prepare comprehensive proposals that align with our brand standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation of all quotations and communications.

- Prepare detailed travel quotations based on client requirements and preferences
- Research and compare pricing for accommodations, tours, transportation, and activities
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and availability
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of quotations and client interactions
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and destination offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; travel/tourism degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in travel agency or hospitality operations
- Proficiency in travel booking software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Bali tourism products and destinations
