Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers, ensuring timely delivery of proposals
- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) sourcing process from concept to production
- Analyze supplier cost structures and negotiate pricing to achieve optimal margins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and procurement
- Maintain comprehensive pricing documentation and customer records in ERP systems
- Support the development of supplier relationships and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive process efficiency in quoting procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in quotation preparation, sourcing, or supply chain role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in team environments
