Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automotive electrical systems including wiring harnesses, control units, and power distribution networks
- Lead technical integration of electrical components in new vehicle development projects
- Execute comprehensive testing and validation procedures for electrical subsystems
- Implement product improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and design optimization
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate innovative electrical solutions
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and safety regulations
- Document design specifications, test results, and technical documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years experience in automotive electrical system design
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (CATIA, AutoCAD Electrical) and simulation software
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical architectures (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Experience with testing methodologies (EMC, HIL, validation protocols)
- Knowledge of automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, FMVSS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical documentation abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
