Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and development of new cookie flavors and recipes from scratch.
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure flavor consistency.
- Conduct rigorous sensory evaluations and shelf-life testing to maintain premium standards.
- Scale recipes from small-batch testing to commercial production levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align new product launches with seasonal trends and brand identity.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed recipes and process workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues and refine formulations based on feedback and quality control reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an R&D role, specifically within the bakery or confectionery industry.
- Deep understanding of food science, ingredient interactions, and baking chemistry.
- Proven ability to develop original, innovative recipes that perform well in a retail environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple development timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high food safety and hygiene standards.
