Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop electrical hardware components including PCB layouts, schematics, and BOMs
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing for new hardware solutions
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and validation
- Research emerging technologies to drive innovation in hardware architecture
- Document design specifications and provide technical guidance to production teams
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, reliability, and manufacturability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB design and hardware development
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and microcontroller architectures
- Experience with power electronics and high-frequency circuit design
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Validated experience in product lifecycle management from concept to production
