Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end engineering projects from conceptualization to implementation
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and refine product control specifications for quality assurance

- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams
- Document engineering procedures and maintain technical documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of R&D or engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of production and process development methodologies
- Experience with product specification development
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards preferred
