Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage innovative R&D projects from concept through to final product development.
- Design and develop advanced busway system components and subsystems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical analysis, and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure product integrity.
- Oversee the prototyping process and validate designs through rigorous testing.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation to support project milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in R&D, product development, or a similar engineering role.
- Proven experience in project management and leading technical initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
