We are seeking a proactive and innovative R&D Engineer to join our Shah Alam engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the design, development, and enhancement of our air filtration product portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute product design projects from concept to production, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and project budgets.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and performance optimization in air filtration systems.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Design and oversee prototype development, testing, and validation processes to meet quality and regulatory standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless product launches.
- Perform cost-down analysis and value engineering to enhance product competitiveness without compromising quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from production or field performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in R&D, Product Design, or Manufacturing Engineering (HVAC / air filtration experience is a strong advantage).
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science (metal, plastic, filter media), and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Possess high integrity, reliability, and a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
