- Design and develop CNC machining processes for auto lathes with precision engineering focus
- Create, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs using industry-standard software
- Conduct research on advanced machining techniques and material applications

- Analyze machining performance data and implement corrective actions
- Develop technical documentation and machining protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in CNC programming and operation
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and auto lathe operations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with process optimization and quality control systems
