Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to mass production.
- Create comprehensive development schedules and manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Design and document detailed electrical and mechanical system architectures.
- Develop and execute rigorous test plans to validate product functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot design issues and optimize engineering solutions.
- Maintain and update all relevant technical documentation and engineering standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for product enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in R&D, product development, or engineering design roles.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and technical drafting.
- Deep understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engineering projects efficiently.
