Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prototype innovative HVAC components and systems with a focus on energy efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous laboratory testing, data analysis, and performance validation to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing product lines.
- Develop detailed engineering documentation, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis on design flaws and implement robust corrective actions.
- Stay current with global HVAC trends, regulatory standards, and sustainable technology advancements.
- Perform thermal and fluid dynamics simulations to optimize system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in R&D or Product Design within the HVAC or appliance industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and heat transfer principles.
- Experience with testing equipment and data acquisition systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
