Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automotive components compliant with IATF16949 standards
- Lead product testing and validation processes in R&D environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on prototype development
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
- Maintain technical documentation and quality control records
- Analyze test data and optimize product performance
- Ensure adherence to automotive industry regulations and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive R&D or manufacturing
- IATF16949 certification or proven quality management system knowledge
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and simulation tools
- Strong understanding of APQP and PPAP processes
- Experience with FMEA and root cause analysis methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
