In this role, you will be responsible for translating market trends into cutting-edge industrial designs while collaborating closely with suppliers to ensure the highest quality sourcing. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and trend forecasting for air conditioning products to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the industrial design process, from conceptual sketches and 3D modeling to final prototyping and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and technical compliance.
- Manage supplier relationships and source high-quality materials and components to support product development.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs using CAD software.
- Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in R&D, product development, or industrial design within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Rhino.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and HVAC system principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in vendor selection and supplier negotiation is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
