Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research and development of new paperboard materials and packaging solutions
- Provide technical support to production teams regarding paper and fiber processing
- Perform quality analysis and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of paperboard materials
- Develop and implement testing protocols for paper and fiber characteristics
- Document research findings and prepare technical reports for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in paper and fiber materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Technology, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, preferably in paper or packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of paperboard properties, fiber characteristics, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with quality testing methods and analytical equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and environmental regulations
