Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop server/switch hardware architectures including schematic design and component selection
- Execute comprehensive testing protocols for performance, reliability, and EMC compliance
- Develop and implement firmware for hardware systems and embedded components
- Analyze and resolve hardware failures through root cause analysis and design improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration of hardware/software solutions
- Document technical specifications, test procedures, and engineering reports
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards (IEC, FCC, CE) and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years hands-on hardware development experience in servers, switches, PCs, or laptops
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and component specifications
- Experience with firmware development in embedded systems (C/C++)
- Familiarity with EMC testing methodologies and safety standards
- Proficiency in hardware validation tools and measurement equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional engineering teams
