We're seeking a Mandarin-speaking professional to spearhead feasibility studies, manage PPAP documentation, coordinate sample production, and oversee R&D trials. This pivotal role bridges technical operations and HR coordination, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to production. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, maintain quality standards, and accelerate product development cycles. Ideal candidates will combine technical expertise with bilingual proficiency to support our expanding operations in Sungai Petani.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead feasibility studies for new product development initiatives
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive PPAP documentation
- Coordinate sample production workflows and quality control
- Execute and monitor R&D trials for product validation
- Act as liaison between technical teams and HR departments
- Implement process improvements for R&D efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in R&D coordination or technical HR roles
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
- Experience with PPAP documentation processes
- Knowledge of sample production and trial management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced technical environments
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
