Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and prototype new hardware components and systems for laser and optical applications
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware prototypes to ensure performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, optical engineers, and product managers
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and results in accordance with industry standards
- Research and evaluate new technologies, components, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in existing products and development prototypes
- Participate in the entire product development lifecycle from concept to production
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in laser or optical systems
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, PCB design, and component selection
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, or similar
- Experience with prototype assembly, testing, and validation methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for electronic products
