Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive R&D projects from initial concept to commercial launch.
- Conduct rigorous laboratory-scale trials to develop and optimize new product formulations.
- Manage production-scale pilot trials to ensure process scalability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Production, and Quality Assurance, to align project timelines.
- Analyze sensory and shelf-life data to refine product quality and consumer appeal.
- Ensure all development activities comply with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the new product launch process by providing technical documentation and training to the production team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in R&D or Product Development within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of food chemistry, manufacturing processes, and raw material functionality.
- Proficiency in project management with a proven ability to manage multiple trials simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
