The R&D Lead for SIL/HIL Maritime Systems Testing at Kuok Group is a pivotal role that drives innovation in testing methodologies for complex marine and offshore systems. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing system-level virtual and hybrid test environments that ensure the reliability and performance of our maritime solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, develop test strategies, and oversee the execution of SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing procedures. - Lead the development of system-level virtual and hybrid test environments for marine and offshore systems
- Design and implement SIL/HIL testing methodologies to validate system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define testing requirements and create comprehensive test plans
- Oversee the execution of testing procedures and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in testing methodologies and best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in maritime testing
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in R&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience with SIL/HIL testing for maritime or offshore systems
- Strong knowledge of system integration, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience with test automation tools and simulation software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
