- Lead and manage the research and development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success
- Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with company objectives and market trends
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D projects
- Manage R&D budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in research and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects from conception to completion
- Strong technical background in manufacturing, transport, or logistics
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
