Tanggung Jawab
- Lead mechanical architecture design for semiconductor equipment components
- Develop CAD models and engineering specifications for precision mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, systems engineering)
- Conduct thermal/structural analysis and simulation of mechanical systems
- Optimize designs for manufacturability and cleanroom compatibility
- Prototype testing and validation of mechanical assemblies
- Document engineering designs and maintain technical documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in semiconductor equipment design
- Expert proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks/CATIA)
- Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes
- Experience with FEA/thermal analysis tools (ANSYS, Abaqus)
- Knowledge of semiconductor cleanroom protocols
- Proven track record in R&D project delivery
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
