You will play a crucial part in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production.
Your responsibilities will include creating detailed mechanical part designs, coordinating design phases with cross-functional teams, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring product designs are optimized for manufacturing, cost, and performance. You will also collaborate with other engineers to resolve technical challenges and improve existing products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical products using advanced 3D CAD software
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Coordinate design phases with cross-functional engineering teams
- Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews
- Optimize designs for manufacturing, cost, and performance
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Research and apply new technologies and materials to improve product designs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
