Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prototype mechanical components for electronic assemblies using CAD/CAM tools
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate mechanical and electronic systems
- Conduct material testing and FEA analysis to validate design performance
- Optimize manufacturing processes for cost efficiency and scalability
- Develop technical documentation including BOMs and assembly instructions
- Research emerging materials and manufacturing technologies
- Lead product lifecycle from concept to production validation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical R&D for electronics
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal)
- Experience with DFM/DFA principles for electronics assembly
- Problem-solving skills with root cause analysis methodologies
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
