This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design concepts and full-scale production for advanced optoelectronic and sensor technologies.
As part of a world-class manufacturing facility operating under IATF16949 standards, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring that cutting-edge sensor solutions are optimized for efficiency, quality, and performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from prototyping to mass production for automotive optoelectronic sensors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional R&D teams to refine product designs for manufacturability (DFM).
- Oversee process validation and pilot runs to ensure compliance with IATF16949 quality standards.
- Analyze production data and sensor performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and reduce variance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process control plans.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks during the NPI phase.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) activities for product defects or performance issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in R&D or NPI roles within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in optoelectronics or sensor technology development.
- Strong understanding of IATF16949 quality management systems and automotive industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with optical testing equipment and sensor calibration tools.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Python).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational team environment.
