Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative product formulas and manufacturing processes tailored to market needs.
- Conduct and monitor laboratory and pilot-scale trials to ensure product efficacy and stability.
- Lead process validation activities to ensure seamless transition from R&D to full-scale production.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and registration documents for regulatory submission and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to establish robust testing protocols for new products.
- Research and source new raw materials and technologies to improve existing product lines.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related Science field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Research and Development within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of product formulation, laboratory techniques, and production scale-up.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation processes (FDA, PDEA, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
