Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain advanced semiconductor processing equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Execute experimental procedures and processes for wafer-level packaging development
- Monitor and document process parameters, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration
- Analyze experimental data and document results in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to optimize processes and solve technical challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols and cleanroom procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and yield
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D environment
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor processing techniques
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to follow precise procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule as required by operational needs
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality methodologies
