Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the research and development of new fashion apparel lines, from initial concept sketches to final production prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, and production, to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Source innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective fabrics and trims that align with brand requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including fit sessions, technical pack preparation, and sample development tracking.
- Conduct trend research and market analysis to identify future apparel needs and aesthetic directions.
- Troubleshoot technical design issues and implement creative solutions to optimize garment fit and construction.
- Ensure all development processes adhere to international safety and ethical production standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in product development or R&D within the fashion apparel industry.
- Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and pattern-making processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D fashion design software (e.g., CLO3D or Browzwear) is a significant advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple development cycles simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
