Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure adherence to established schedules.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional R&D teams and external development partners.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and technical requirements.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to maintain momentum.
- Organize and lead project meetings to align stakeholders on deliverables and milestones.
- Assist in the tracking of project budgets and vendor performance during outsourced development phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in project coordination, preferably within an R&D or technical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and project management methodologies.
- Excellent proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English and Malay; capability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
