Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the R&D team in coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support cross-functional communication between engineering, product management, and quality assurance departments.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support ongoing research and development projects.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
- Participate in engineering design reviews and provide support during product prototyping phases.
- Monitor and track project risks, identifying potential bottlenecks to ensure timely project execution.
- Support administrative tasks related to laboratory safety, inventory management, and documentation compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in industrial automation, electrical interconnection systems, and R&D processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to project deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and professional work ethic.
