- Design and develop advanced automation systems for semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Optimize production workflows through robotics integration and smart manufacturing solutions
- Implement machine vision systems for quality control and process monitoring
- Develop PLC/SCADA programs for equipment control and data acquisition
- Lead automation technology adoption from R&D to production deployment
- Collaborate with process engineers to align automation with manufacturing requirements
- Conduct failure analysis and continuous improvement of automation systems
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor automation or robotics engineering
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell) and industrial networking protocols
- Experience with machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence) and image processing
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer fab, packaging, test)
- Expertise in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software
- Experience with IoT integration and data analytics for manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
