You will be instrumental in transforming concepts into market-ready products by managing the formulation process, executing rigorous product trials, and conducting comprehensive evaluations of test results. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the development and optimization of new frozen food product formulations.
  • Execute product trials, including sensory evaluations, cooking tests, and quality checks.
  • Analyze trial results and provide technical recommendations for scaling up production processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Monitor raw material specifications and conduct cost-benefit analyses for recipe adjustments.
  • Stay updated on the latest food technology trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory standards (HACCP/ISO).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all R&D activities, test data, and technical reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in R&D, product development, or quality control, preferably within the frozen food or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of food chemistry, texture analysis, and processing techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical data analysis software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight project deadlines.
