In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our productsâfrom the initial conceptualization and material research to overseeing real-world trials on the production floor.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth research on raw materials and auxiliary components to optimize product quality.
- Lead the design and development process of new products from concept to prototype.
- Coordinate and execute product trials and performance testing within the production environment.
- Analyze trial data to suggest improvements, modifications, or cost-saving measures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of research findings, formulations, and test results.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless transition from R&D to mass production.
- Monitor current market trends and competitor products to drive continuous innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an R&D role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on material science and laboratory testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in design software and technical reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a factory or production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
