- Lead and manage product development initiatives from concept to implementation
- Oversee research projects and ensure they align with company objectives
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and development team members

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or research
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
