Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the definition and design of complex system architectures for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Translate high-level business and technical requirements into detailed system specifications.
- Oversee the integration of hardware, firmware, and software components to ensure seamless operation.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for the R&D team.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous system analysis and validation testing to ensure product quality.
- Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in R&D, specifically within the semiconductor equipment, automation, or precision machinery industry.
- Strong experience in system architecture design, including hardware-software integration and control systems.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
