Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and organize R&D technical documents, project reports, and laboratory records in accordance with Sika’s global standards.
- Support the R&D team with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling of technical meetings.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal quality procedures and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and documentation for new product launches.
- Coordinate between cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely flow of research documentation.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure technical assets are properly recorded.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and status updates for the R&D management team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or technical support role within a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with document management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for reporting and communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or laboratory quality management systems is highly preferred.
