Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the identification and evaluation of new technology trends within the chemical engineering sector.
- Bridge the communication gap between laboratory research teams and commercial stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for new product lines and specialized technical services.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the scalability and market potential of R&D projects.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring R&D milestones align with corporate sales and expansion objectives.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, clients, and technical institutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals and business cases for senior management review.
- Monitor competitive landscapes to adjust product positioning and technical roadmaps effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an R&D, Technical Sales, or Business Development role within the chemical/manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of chemical product development lifecycles and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into high-level business presentations and strategic plans.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on market research and quantitative data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required for regional collaboration and reporting.
- Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and client meetings.
