Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize test procedures and systems for hard disk manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic hardware and software integration issues.
- Conduct rigorous testing and data analysis to ensure product quality and meet stringent industry standards.
- Design and implement improvements to existing test equipment to enhance production efficiency and yield.
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to mass production implementation.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, test reports, and engineering specifications.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to identify and mitigate hardware defects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuitry, analog/digital signal processing, and test instrumentation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python for test automation is highly preferred.
- Previous experience or internships in a manufacturing or R&D environment (HDD or semiconductor industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems systematically.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Ability to commit to a long-term career growth plan in the West region of Singapore.
