Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee engineering aspects of real estate development projects from conceptualization to completion
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new property developments
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to optimize project timelines and budgets
- Manage engineering documentation, permits, and regulatory approvals processes
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and cost-effective solutions
- Prepare detailed technical reports and progress updates for executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and engineering analysis tools
- Proven project management skills with budget oversight experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to technical detail
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
