Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately sort and organize radiology images, files, and patient records.
- Manage the digital workflow of diagnostic reports to ensure radiologists receive data promptly.
- Assist technologists with patient preparation and movement within the radiology department.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and patient confidentiality in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Monitor inventory of clinical supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Coordinate with administrative and medical staff to streamline departmental operations.
- Provide front-line support in handling inquiries regarding status updates for diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations within the imaging suite.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in a clinical or administrative healthcare environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow strict standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital data management systems.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
